Joe and Tamiko Davis are a wonderful, worshipping, Muti-talented couple that have been a blessing to many. They have a passion to see people saved, healed, delivered and walking in their God-given destiny.

 

Their own life experiences, and the processes they have stewarded, have contributed to the richness of their maturity and character building.

 

From the many levels of training they have received, they are equipped with an arsenal of tools to make a lasting impact. These necessary tools have made them effective in ministry to empower people , churches, and different types of organizations.

It had been my privilege to know Joe and Tamiko Davis since 2002. At that time they started attending Shekinah Revival Ministries of which I am the Senior Leader.

It has been exciting and rewarding to watch them grow in their christian walk through these years.

What Coaching With Phoenix Ministries has done for me

 

Coaching with Joe and Tamiko Davis gave me the tools I needed to discover my purpose, strengthen my confidence, and transform my thinking. They continually encouraged me to go beyond what I believed were my limits, and I could genuinely feel that they believed in me and invested deeply in my growth. Because of their guidance, I now believe in myself more than ever — and I know that God believes in me too.

 

Through coaching with Phoenix Ministries, I gained clarity about what I truly want in life and learned how my expectations shape my future. I released time-wasters, destructive mindsets, and unhealthy relationships, and I learned to set strong, healthy boundaries. With a clear vision ahead, I am now fully committed to my goals and God-given purpose.

My relationship with Holy Spirit has grown deeper, and I have learned to replace fear with trust in God. I now walk with greater peace, confidence, and courage — overcoming fears of rejection, failure, perfectionism, and the unknown. Through their coaching, books, and the Phoenix Ministries podcast, I’ve developed healthier communication, stronger habits, and a clearer understanding of how my time, thoughts, and relationships shape my destiny.

 

Coaching strengthened my character, my business, and my relationships with both God and people. I now have clarity in my Purpose Statement, Mission Statement, and core values, and I boldly walk in the destiny God has placed before me. Because my thinking changed, my life changed.
